The solar park is at first sight an ordinary amusement park, which an eccentric millionaire built in secret on a private island in the Aegean Sea.
Matt becomes aware after a fire on his yacht at the beginning of the episode. As it turns out later, it was probably a test run of the park.
On the way to investigate the park, V.E.N.O.M shows up. Matt had already assembled the M.A.S.k. Team gathered and therefore V.E.N.O.M tries unsuccessfully to keep the M.A.S.K. Team away from the island. V.E.N.O.M operated from a secret base built into a mountain with a secret entrance that Switchblade used to avoid a fight withM.A.S.K. during skirmishes.
After the M.A.S.K team reached the island, they visited the park. This had several rides, including a Ferris wheel, a roller coaster and a carousel, a video arcade and other castle-like buildings. The symbol of the park was a giant statue of Zeus holding a thunderbolt.
As it turned out, all the buildings and rides were just dummies. Inside the buildings and under the park were large mirrors and pistons that could form solar panels.
After M.A.S.K. inspected the park, they were forced to flee when the park transformed. Most of the park's buildings were destroyed when the mirrors appeared, which MASK narrowly escaped.
The mirrors formed around the statue. The mirrors collected the sunlight, and the lightning on the statue used the reflected solar energy to fire a powerful heat beam. Once enough solar energy was collected, the weapon was unstoppable, even at night.
M.A.S.K. launched an attack on the weapon, drawing Condor's heat beam fire and landing Thunderhawk on top of the mirrors. Matt left Thunderhawk on top of the mirrors with the help of Bruce's mask lifter. Per plan was to destroy the collector with use of Thunderhawk's thermite bombs, and sacrifice Thunderhawk.
While Gator and Firecracker's freezing rays covered Thunderhawk in a protective layer of ice, Gloria used her Aura Mask to push Thunderhawk and his Thermite Bombs down to the base of the statue.
Mayhem tried in vain to destroy Thunderhawk with the heat beam, but the ice protected Thunderhawk long enough for his thermite charge to reach the statue. Thunderhawk was destroyed by the blast, but the statue collapsed when large explosions stopped the weapon.
V.E.N.O.M escaped through tunnels (one for ground vehicles, one for Switchblade). The M.A.S.K. team and Scott had a new Thunderhawk built to replace the destroyed one.
